Technical Issues

Whenever I start the game after the update it ask me to load my personal settings. Then after doing that my screen goes crazy with a bunch of diffrent colors and then 10 seconds later is completely green. I feel like though it is loading the colors of the start up but not showing the picture. Can anyone help me because I'm boutta crash out.
