The EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment.

I have had this error message since 7pm last night and spoke to 2 agents on live chat. "our team are working on this" 15 hours later "we are still working on this." can anyone help what to do or what...

Really have we been banned? Because my friend hasnt been banned and we was doing the cup on co-op? I can still play games just at full time tht message appears
