When I play Clubs after a match every time it says failed to get online information please try again. The only solution I've found was to fully restart the game every time. I've tried to verify and reinstall but nothing has worked.
They finally fixed it..
The opponent left the game and made the same mistake. They couldn't quite fix it.
I have the same error and can anyone help if they find a solution?
I’ve been having the same problem for months. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a solution. It’s very annoying. In Clubs, I constantly have to restart the game to enter the lobby for the next match during league games.

EA really needs to sort pro clubs out once and for all. There are so many bugs and issues with everything and its making the game really unenjoyable to play. The GK animations are terrible, sometimes doesn't allow pro GK’s to dive and causes the keeper to just stand there and watch the ball go past him. Sometimes the pro GK’s do make a dive but when the ball gets close to the keepers hands, the keeper folds his arms which causes you to concede. The keepers also dive forward even though you don’t dive that way. The lock on system is terrible and keepers will run out to catch the ball but when underneath it, the keeper doesn’t jump and they score a header. The GK deflection playstyle is broken as it does not do what it states in the playstyle description. Its supposed to deflect the save into a safe position but this is never the case and causes you to concede from a rebound save. Also keepers do no get up quick enough after making a save. A lot of time after a pro clubs game i’ve started to get the error message which kicks you out back to the menu and prevents you from gaining your stats or XP. EA seriously need to sort these issues out and actually focus on pro clubs as well and not put all their focus into UT. After every update, it never states any fixes for pro clubs, NEVER. EA need to start thinking about this now going forward as there is going to be competition now and if these issues keep happening, a lot of people or if not all will move away from EAFC. If the issues finally get resolved and fixed and stays fixed every new game release, then there will no no reason for anyone to move away from EAFC. EA, please get these issues sorted and keep them sorted and not break them even more after every update, or every new game release.
Me also, Just bought the game Last week on the EA app and I've been littered with bugs. Having to restart after every pro clubs league match is so frustrating. The rest of my team just hit next match and have to wait a minute or two for me to load back up. I've tried all sorts from reinstalling and even running as admin but nothing seems to help. I also have an open network so cant understand what may be causing this. EA please resolve this. I know It's not "Ultimate team" but people still buy this game just for clubs.
