The game on PC is unplayable right now

Since the last update the game is unplayable online especially rivals. Before the game was running good some lag and stuttering now and then but it was playable and managable but now i hate it i cant play it im losing game after game because the players will move only one direction it will pass and move on its own. when the game goes for a few moments good it will stutter slow passing it wont pass nor move on time
