I'm having trouble launching FC25 (see the attached video).
I've tried everything: verified the integrity of game files, reinstalled the game, installed it on a different drive, updated my drivers, deleted core game files from AppData, cleared the EA app cache, etc.
FC24 launches without any issues, and all my other games work fine. So the problem isn't with my OS, drivers, or hardware — it's the game itself.
What should I do?

the same exact thing is happening to me. I've tried reinstalling, looknig for any corrupt file, updating my drivers, but nothing seems to work, but the positive thing is that it happend to more than just us, so hopfully some mod will help with this issue, or it's an update needed.
It's very strange to see no response from the support team. Several requests submitted through the website form were closed without any reply, and my topic is also being ignored.
If you don't want to resolve my issue, could you refund me for your "product"?

After a bit of research on the forums, I came across a case where the author had a similar issue. In the discussion, it was suggested to delete the files from the settings directory: C:/Users/*your-username*/AppData/Local/EA SPORTS FC 25/settings. This solution worked for me because I only play Seasons, but it might not work for you — so proceed with caution. Make sure to back up the contents of the settings folder elsewhere, then verify or repair the game files, launch the game, and create a new profile.
