There is an a error in my league.

I cannot to kick this user from my league because there is an a error and sistem say that the user is not from my legue but I still cannot kick the user.I had try many thing like customer services but it still the same even I try customer service 2 many times but nothing change.I was frustrated with it, please any one help me.🥺😭😔😔
