There was no pop up to transfer my ea points from fc 24 to fc 25

when i first logged into the game. There was no pop up to transfer my fc points from fc 24 to fc 25. I tried to go to FC hub but still no pop-up. Wnd if you are thinking if someone else opened my game firet and said no to the option thats not possible because when i opened the game on release date it should me all opening animations like zidane talking about tactics and stuff. Please help me me
