They haven't given me the Champions rewards because the game froze

I just finished my 15 Fut Champions matches winning a total of 5 matches. When I finished the last game, the user screen was blocked without being able to do anything so I closed the game. When I started ultimate team again in Fut Champions, my progress for registration for the following week's competition appeared and my rewards were not in the store. I've been playing all weekend and I haven't been able to redeem my rewards.
