Tots evo disappeared from evo section after paying 25k

Please I need some help asap regarding this issue, I have just paid 25,000 coins for the tots evo so I could apply the tots upgrade to my 94 maradona. 
I paid the coins and the evo has disappeared from the evo section, no maradona there, when I go to my club hes there but with no evo applied. 
please can somebody from the EA  team look into this

Please can you check the issue, if the issue cannot be resolved I would like the refund of 25,000 coins as I have put time and effort to build up these coins on the game. And for the evo to be put back as it’s disappeared from my evo section
