Toty fc25
I just packed gold grimaldo and his toty has recently released in fc 25 should I get compensation?

Community ManagerHey @Ninjareece21, If the item was granted before the promo offer, it will not update to TOTY.
The EA FC 25 TOTY Attackers release time is Friday, January 17.
Followed by midfielders on Jan. 19 and defenders/goalkeepers on Jan. 21. The full TOTY rosters will be added to the Football Ultimate Team pool of items accessible from Jan. 23 through Jan. 31, with honourable mention and 12th man and woman dropping on Jan. 24.
@EA_Pulsar I got a gold Grimaldo right after the defenders released. I wrote to EA this message: « Hi. I just opened 5 defender packs in FC25, and got one gold Grimaldo card. I opened it around (here I wrote the time and country I am in- it was five minutes after the defenders released). I put the card in an SBC as I thought it was only a gold card. Then a few minutes later, I realized that should have been a TOTY card. Is not Grimaldo a TOTY? I hope this can be investigated and compensated. Thank you!»
I got this non-sensical reply from EA: « Hi fancyfance,
Thanks for reaching out to us about your missing Rival rewards in EA SPORTS FC 25.
We know about this issue and we’re already working hard to fix it. We’ll get you your Rival rewards as fast as we can.»
The status of my case changed to «waiting on player», and I assumed that meant I would receive my player compensation soon. I was wrong. Nothing has happened.
I now realize EA must have sent me an automated message and that they have not read my request.. what should I do now?
