Transfer ban and loss of 6 million coins

I recently tried to log on to Fc 25 after some time to play some UT champs however saw a message that I was banned. After checking my emails, I saw that it was due to something to do with the transfer of coins. After raising this since I did not commit such an act, I managed to reset my password as instructed by yourselves in order to log in. Once logged in I expected to see my full normal team which is thankfully still there, however the 6 million coins I made during TOTY weren't there... I only have 14k. I did not in fact buy or sell coins, I have 3 ways of making coins of Fc 25, which are: from rewards such as division rivals & UT champs, investing in cards which I think will rise in price to make a profit, or through buying Fifa points and opening packs. You can check the history of my actives and see that all my coins have only ever been from these 3 methods listed above. As my pack luck has been quite good this year I managed to pack 3 TOTYS, 2 of which were tradable and in the same pack which I believe was from the 84 x10 pack gained from UT champs rewards. I packed TOTY Cole palmer and Sophia Smith which I sold and roughly made 6 million coins from which I was buzzing with. I do believe another person or multiple people have access to my account as not only my coins are missing, but when logging on to the web app, or companion app, it says that my credentials are wrong and then I have to reset my password. I have done this countless of times, so much that I am running out of passwords to use which I can remember, please advise me on how I can better secure my account from anyone gaining excess and on how to gain my coins back, I was saving up for a card which I have never used on any Fifa or FC and now I am back to square one. I am the only person in my household that plays on the ps5, so I know it is definitely not from my end.
