Trouble Logging in to Nintendo Account FC 25
Hi,
I purchased FC 25 around a week ago for my nintendo switch. When I opened FC 25, I was prompted to a screen to login to my nintendo account in order to verify my identity. This was also to give me connection to EA servers, so I could access things like ultimate team.
The screen that was prompted to me is attached.
When I tried to login to my nintendo account, it failed several times; the first time I forgot my password, so I tried to reset it, but the email with the link to reset my password never came, despite checking everywhere. I managed to reset my password on the web and not on my switch itself, but still, when typing it on my switch, it kept on saying the password was incorrect. I enabled everything on both my EA account, which is linked to my nintendo account, and my nintendo account, such as 2 factor authentication.
I am unsure of what to do, since I am successfully able to login to my nintendo account on the web, but not when the screen is prompted to me when I open FC 25.

If you're having issues logging in to your Nintendo account on Switch, you may need to reach out to Nintendo support for help. This isn't really something we can look in to here.
I'd double check that you're actually logging in with the same account on the web as you are on your switch, and if you have multiple email addresses to check them all just in case you're actually using a different one.
