Ultimate Team Glitch

When I Open ultimate team It says waiting For u to connect to ea servers Then After that It Freezes and Keeps Loading And Then I wait 5min Then I load into ultimate team then when I enter a game it glitches and keeps loading again so I can’t even play a single game Someone Help me please
