Problem with EAFC25

Just a week ago I joined fifa and this problem appeared.

First, the game loads and the profile I play on and on which everything has been saved since I bought it appears, after that it should show me a picture of EA FC26 with packs and their prices, but a black picture appears. After that, I get to the menu where you choose what you want to play (kick off, career mode, etc.), but for me there is only a trophy and when I press ESC, it appears on the whole screen and I can't see anything on the menu in the game.

I already tried to delete the game and download it, but the same problem appeared, if anyone knows how to solve it, let me know.
