ultimate team issues

hello i own ea sport fc 25 on steam indian region and my ea account is set to egypt i keep getting the error you need to install the latest title update to access the ultimate team but there is no update on steam either ea app i have already cleared the cache unlinked and relinked steam nothing works please help rest my game entitlements or push the latest update to my account manually
