Every time I have tried logging onto Ultimate team I keep getting “The season pass service is currently unavailable and you will not to able to earn progression towards your season pass”.
This has been since 28th April.
Any ideas would be welcomed!
Same issue for me 7 days and still nothing. Customer support couldn't help. Tried multiple different Internets, mobile hot-spot . Uninstalled the game, hard reset xbox, completely wiped xbox. Tried on external harddrive. Updated all info on ea and unlinked xbox from ea and re added.
Same screen everytime everything else works fine on the game just no access to season rewards/pass. I've had this issue since buying the game on Sunday i dont have access to the FC hib on the app either it states its locked.
