Unable to access my ultimate squad

I'm facing odd issue for couple of hours now, whenever I tried to access my ultimate squad from within ps5 fc25, I got kicked out with a report issue screen, total crash, looks like my squad has inco...

Hey, could you please use the Ultimate Team web app or the companion app to create a new squad with different player items and tactics? Try to avoid using any special items, and then save it as your main squad before testing the game again.
