Hey @MJRWESLLEYIs it possible that you have unlinked your PlayStation platform account from your EA account before changing the active profile on your Ultimate Team web app?

No issues on connections, it was working normally a few days ago on web app for fc 24. i'm not a new user. (screenshot attached)

@EA_Pulsar Possible to follow up on this? I have the same issue and my account is not unlinked. I even tried relinking it but same issue prevails.
