Unable to change platform on Web App for FC25

Hi,  I'm not able to change the platform on web app for FC25, Could you please help me on this matter? I would like to login on my PS5 UT Club instead of Xbox. When I try to change it, it give...

Please, never unlink your platform account while trying to resolve issues as it may only break your account. We have those risks explained on our website Unlinking risks for EA SPORTS FC™ players

Remember also that if your second account does not have early access to the Web app, you will need to unlock it by playing more games on that platform.

    @EA_Pulsar Understood.

    Though that's not the issue in the thread. The account is 'unlocked' but when trying to switch, there is some Login Unavailable error as in the image in the original post.
