Unable to claim a gold pack from an other pack.
I get an error everytime I try to claim it and now i can’t open any packs on the store. I have tried this on the console and campaign app and the same outcome.

Sadly I’ve got the same problem I have bought the 1500 sp pack and now I can’t redeem the totw pack…

I'm having the same issue, opened a store pack this morning which gave me a 75x2 pack also now I can't open any other packs. This have been like this for the last 10 hours atleast.

Same here, it's a gold player pack from one of my Marquee Matchups packs that won't claim and kicks me out of the store or off of the Companion/Web App every time I try to open it. I have over 200 saved packs for FUT Birthday and don't know what to do. How do I get rid of it.
