Unable to claim pack

I did a draft and got a loan pack within a pack that when trying to redeem says; there was a problem connecting to football ultimate team servers. Please try again later. pls help

console: PlayStation

PSN: mad-man-chaz 

pack opened: gold pack

pack unable to open: 1 loan pack

time of error: Thursday around 9pm

Game: EA FC25 ps4 version
