Unable to connect after moving country

Hi, 

I recently moved from New Zealand to Australia last month and since then haven’t been able to connect to EA on FC25. I play online PS5. It just says “EA servers are unavailable”. 

As usual the EA help chat was unhelpful and just sent me links to troubleshooting sites that I’d already seen and tried. I’ve changed my country on my EA profile to no luck. 

for reference, my PSN is connected and working fine, and I can play online on every other game except EA games. 

Does anyone have any potential solutions for this? The EA site is really clunky to find my way around so I may have missed something obvious.
