Unable to Connect to EA Servers on PS5 - Tried Everything
Hi EA Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue connecting to the EA servers in EA Sports FC 25 on my PlayStation 5. I keep receiving the error message "Unable to Connect," despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps. Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- Verified my internet connection is stable and working for other games and applications.
- Opened all required ports for EA Sports FC 25:
- TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480
- UDP: 3478, 3479
- Enabled UPnP and also tried setting up DMZ for my PS5.
- Changed my DNS settings to Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4).
- Reset my PS5 network settings and reconfigured the internet connection.
- Reinstalled the game and ensured my PS5 is running the latest system software.
- Checked the EA server status, which appears to be operational.
Despite all these efforts, the issue persists. My internet speed is sufficient for online gaming:

I’ve run out of ideas and could really use your assistance. Is there anything I might have missed or additional steps I should try? Could this issue be related to my EA account or server-side settings?
