Unable to Connect to EA Servers on PS5 - Tried Everything

Hi EA Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue connecting to the EA servers in EA Sports FC 25 on my PlayStation 5. I keep receiving the error message "Unable to Connect," despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps. Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  1. Verified my internet connection is stable and working for other games and applications.
  2. Opened all required ports for EA Sports FC 25:
    • TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480
    • UDP: 3478, 3479
  3. Enabled UPnP and also tried setting up DMZ for my PS5.
  4. Changed my DNS settings to Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4).
  5. Reset my PS5 network settings and reconfigured the internet connection.
  6. Reinstalled the game and ensured my PS5 is running the latest system software.
  7. Checked the EA server status, which appears to be operational.

Despite all these efforts, the issue persists. My internet speed is sufficient for online gaming:

  • Download: [Insert Your Speed] Mbps
  • Upload: [Insert Your Speed] Mbps
  • Ping: [Insert Your Ping] ms

I’ve run out of ideas and could really use your assistance. Is there anything I might have missed or additional steps I should try? Could this issue be related to my EA account or server-side settings?
