The App is requesting I login to FC 25 on the console and on the PC, which I have done.
I have updated and verified my information, I have had my ea account since 2013, but I still cannot access the companion.
Please help.

Yes it does, I attached a screenshot to my original post which says:
Login to FC25 in your console or PC (I have logged in both)
Re-login to FC25 companion app or web app to manage your club.
I cannot login, because it continues to show this page.
I play on PS5.
