Andrewpc14 Is this the first time you have opened a player pick on your switch platform? Did you try to open from a companion or web app?
The switch doesn’t allow access to either that I’m aware of!

As far as I am aware, everyone who is a FUT user can access the web app or companion app.Definitely not available for switch players I’ll try to contact them through there but I think it’s just my time to be done I guess.
Have you tried to access web or companion app? Nowhere I have seen is it mentioned that the app is not available for switch players - https://www.ea.com/games/ea-sports-fc/ultimate-team/web-app
Also, the video you have shared is not clear enough. If you attach better quality video, then someone from the community might be able to point out something.
