My 14 year old pre-ordered EAFC 25 on his PS4 account. The game was installed but he is unable to play. He paid extra for the Ultimate Edition. He keeps getting the following message;"Online service is disabled on your account for PlayStation Network due to parental control restrictions".I have checked the parental settings and also linked our accounts, but even I have this message on my account.I thought that if my son was 13 or older with parental consent he could play. He plays EAFC 23 and 24, both from discs, and has never had a problem. All his other games are working perfectly fine.I know numerous people have had the same issue, but I can't find the solution, and surely there is a solution. You can't pay £90 for a game and not receive it when you meet the criteria.I would really appreciate some help with this matter as he has now lost out on the benefits of pre-ordering, and the bonuses that come with it. £90 is a lot of money.Thank you.

I have now been able to. Saw your reply to somebody else and used that link. Fingers crossed that somebody replies as this is so unfair to so many people.

My son (13yo) is suddenly restricted from ultimate team due to parental restrictions in FC25 while everything worked and is still working fine in FC24. All settings are the same for both versions.How can i allow him to play and control his very own team with these restrictions? (He does not want to use mine as he want to build his own team (understandably)Please adress this problem asap :/

EA FC25 Standard edition, Online feature doesn´t work for my son. Hi is 13 years old and when the game is started there will be this text: Online service is disabled on your account for Playstation network due to parental control restrictions. Everything is ok according to the EA support team, does anyone else know the solution on this problem? On PS4 settings everything has been checked and allowed, still it isn´t working?

I just bought my 14 yr old son FIFA 25 but he is not allowed to play it stating "online service is disabled on your account for PS network due to parental control restrictions"
Under the family management settings in the App i have set his age level and network access as unrestricted but he still cant access the game - please advise

My son cannot play FC25 Ultimate Team. He gets the error "Online Services not avaiilable due to parental restrictions on Playstation Network." But there are no restrictions on his PS4 account and Playstation support refers me to EA ti resolve the issue.
He has played FC 24 UT without any issues at all. We have even payed for extra for Ultimate Edition. FIX IT please... I can see other parents with same issue in this article.

I contacted Playstation support team, they told me that the online feature won´t work because child has underage account (on PS4). Players age/account must be 18+, only then Online feature works. Such a waste of money! PSN won´t refund money, because the game is already downloaded and started!
