Unable to Submit Appeal

 I can't submit the appeal. Every time I attempt to submit it, a "internet service error" message pops up, advising me to try again in a few hours. I've made numerous attempts, but the issue persists.Moreover, my account has been banned for several days. I submitted it twice, but now I can't find any information in my cases, and there are no cases at all. Submitting again keeps prompting an error, and no case can be created.
