unjustified transfert ban

 So yesterday I came back to my ea fc account being transfert banned. But the issue is I didn’t break any of the ea guidelines on transfers or coin purchases or bot using in the transfer market. I would like to get this issue fixed as soon as possible as this is an unjustified ban where I put money into. After I went to check my trusted devices I saw nothing unusual as I had my PlayStation in Germany and the in china. Which is completely normal beacause I traveled this weekend to go see my family in Germany and go visit china. So please get this problem fixed a soon as possible beacause it’s an unjustified ban.
