UT cards say NOT FOUND & opening a pack or doing SBC it kicks me out the game.

Is there an issue with ultimate team on Xbox in the uk? I keep getting kicked out of the game when doing an sbc or opening earnt packs. And nearly all the none gold or TOTW cards are grey and say NOT FOUND!!! 
ITS BLOODY ANNOYING 😂
