Since the trial of the new matchmaking strategy I’ve not been able to play the game on Xbox. Although my ping is between 20 and 50 ms the game does not respond to inputs. Making it impossible to attack or defend. Whatever changes were made have broken the game for some. This does not appear to be an issue for everyone as my opponents could play the game without issue. They could have been on a different platform.
Community ManagerHey ArronBriddick The matchmaking test in Football Ultimate Team has no impact on the gameplay, so there could be something else causing this issue. Can you test offline game modes to see if you will notice any similar input delays?
Try deleting corrupt files in EA SPORTS FC and see how that goes. Make sure to restart and power cycle your console.
Same problem with Ps5
the new match making caused a ping increase on fiber and cable in Poland you cannot win with 40 ms it is game over for me, since march 12, before that it was 12 ms, the system is connecting me to german players not polish, tackles will miss, ball will be lost, shots and passes become more inaccurate
same for me - it used to be 14ms delay now its 28-30 but it feels like 200+ game is not responsive at all - its unplayable
