Very Disappointed – Lost My Career Mode Progress After Following Support Advice
Hi EA team,
I’m writing this because I’m very upset with what happened to me yesterday. I’ve spent 6–7 months building my Manager Career team in EA FC 25 on my PS4, and suddenly the game started crashing every time I tried to load Career Mode. This happened repeatedly and made the game unplayable.
I contacted EA customer service for help, and they told me to reinitialize my console—but they didn’t tell me that doing this would erase all of my saved data. I trusted the advice, followed the steps, and now I’ve lost everything I worked on for months.
I honestly feel very frustrated and disappointed. I would never have agreed to reset my console if I knew my Career Mode progress would be permanently lost.
I’m asking EA for one of two things:
- Help me retrieve my lost data, if that’s possible.
- Or issue a refund, because this is unacceptable.
I don’t feel like I was given the proper support, and this experience has completely ruined the game for me. Please take this seriously and help resolve it.
