when will EA fix the Season pass unavailable problem.

I can not access the season even after the last 2 FC25 updates. This has been the case since I made the mistake of buying FC25 for the PS4. other people have the same problem but EA seem not to care, definitely my last FC game. I also have to verify every time i start the game as the email is incorrect but when contacting support they say they have to send a message to the incorrect email address ( how the hell do they do that as it does not exist ). Fed up chasing my tail to cure this problem. Worst version of the game so far.
