my fc25 keep crashing everytime i want to play

my fc25 keep crashing but idk the issues, everytime i click the play button a crash report handler keep showing up and telling me to create a memory dump or a crashdumps, please help me idk how to solve it. ps: i add an attachment of this crashing issues
