where is my game?

I'm a korean who love this game.

I logged into the EA app to play a game for the first time in a while. But my fc25 was gone...

When I click the shortcut icon, it says I don't have permission to use it and that it's a file installed by another user. I clearly bought, played, and paid for the game. Only Battlefield 1 appears in my inventory. Did I get hacked? Or is this a mistake on EA's part? If anyone knows, please let me know.

did you potentially buy the game through a different EA account?

Please check your order history to see if you bought the game using this account. If the game isn't found there, you must've gotten it for a different EA account.
