White screen connection lost

I have a problem with accessing ultimate team, every time I try to enter I get a white screen and immediately after a connection error that according to the game is connected to the home network but it is not true as everything is working. I tried to uninstall and install the game but it does not solve, I formatted the PlayStation but it does not solve, I restarted the modem several times but it does not solve. We would like some answers EA FIX FIX FIX
