Why did i get banned on EA FC25?

WHY DID I GET BANNED ON EA FC25?

So i downloaded the EA FC25 trial and was excited to pkay, i launch it a big “You account has been disabled” message pops up, i immediatly go to ban history to see if i was banned (i was). But with a little twist. The reason tab was blank. I don’t know if i did something wrong but if i did i at least deserve to know what i did right?
