Why do I always meet opponents who use teams with the same players in rivals?

The username of the opponent I met was different and always from EA not from playstation, but always using the same player then suddenly the gameplay stopped and displayed the message Your match result is currently under review, You will be returned to UT Home. What should I do?, I've been playing for 2 hours today and always meet opponents like that.

That is the exact same squad that is in almost every round of squad battles, I didn't believe it was possible that this squad was being used by so many real people. I hope this is investigated and explained.
