Why does it say Your account is restricted?

Could anyone tell me i just want to try out the new fc25 trial and everytime i have tried to log on It says Your account is restricted from the Ea servers? Is there any problems or Do i need somethin...

i have the same problem, but sometimes it does let me play but mostly its same
