Why is the code for ea fc 25 ps4 version not working to download on ps5

Hi, I tried to redeem the code on my ps4 version of fc 25 to be able to download it on ps5 for free but it hasn't shown up even though it says I have done it in my transactions and the code worked as...

    Yeah any other suggestions would be awesome. The help bot suggested going to a retailer even though that redeem code didn’t come from a retailer, it came from EA.

    And the EA help thing doesn’t let you put in a ticket for downloading/installing since it isn’t any issue worthy of tickets.
