Wrong Reiten version

I packed in a player pick Reiten in a first day of toty midfielders, she was Gold, not special. I got kick several times from server till i could open this pick.

I did a case in eahelp, no one respond. I talked 3 times at chat, no one resolve my problem.

Is this possible to return my proper version of Guro?
