I appreciate you reaching out to us for help, but I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans here on the EA Forums.

Our Terms of Service team exclusively investigates banned accounts to see if the ban can be lifted. If they've checked this out for you a few times and confirmed that the ban should remain in place, then it's there to stay.
