Wrongful Ban - Transfer market - EA FC 25

Unfortunately, there is no quick solution:

1. It’s pretty common for users to get transfer market bans without realizing all the rules they might have broken;
2. You might never find out the exact reason for your ban—this is possible due to the terms you accepted when you started playing;
3. You probably won't receive any “proof” of where you might have cheated...
4. ...and that’s because EA doesn’t disclose the specifics to prevent hackers from using that information to improve their methods;
5. When you reach out to the TOS team, expect a long wait for a response (it will likely take several days).

I mean if it is getting transfer market ban without users realising I'd think getting some sort of warning or something would be more helpful because I am kind of baffled as I have done nothing out of the ordinary.

Would love to have some more transparency and a quicker resolution - I am willing to provide any details to expedite the process!

No communication/movement.

Hope you understand without the transfer market it is pretty pointless to play. Been playing FIFA/FC since'08 so hope you can help a FUT addict out 😞

As you can see I have gotten a vaguely worded email and am still unaware of what exactly I have done that is wrong/in violation of T&C.
From what I can see online - most people get sanctions not bans so this is even more baffling to me.

Kindly help in whatever way you can.

Hi, how long after you opened the case did you get a response? And did your ban ever get lifted? Many thanks in advance

Wow lol, so bad. How long did they take to email you after you opened the case? They’ve banned me for ‘being involved with coin distribution’ when all I did was a buy a player at the buy now price instead of the going rate on futbin 

i got my account hacked a while ago but ea fixed that. but now i am facing a transfer market ban and i did  not even operated my account . please help me out if you can its been a month now and ea has not reached out to me .  please help
