I started to play ea fc 25's 10 hours trial version before it comes to ea play, after played approximately 5 hours EA send me an e-mail that says my account get banned because of cheating, i surprised cuz there is literally nothing about cheating; no softwares, no bug abuse, no transfermarket activities, LITERALLY nothing about cheating. I opened case to support about this situation and i dont know when they'll reply, is there anything else that i can do?

Yeah got the same code. My case on support shown as in proggress but idk when they solve this, they still say "may take some days" 😂
Read somewhere it takes usually 14 days, so that's super🥀. That's only half a month of the gamepass😂

same for me bro, im on showcase version so i still didnt atleast have to pay, but i lost stuff in my other games bc of that, but i believe its a glitch in the system, i hope they will fix it soon
I have the same issue, loaded the game up for the first time in a while to play on the showcase version. Played one game after buying a few new players. Woke up this morning, banned.
EA_Barry i dont mean to sound rude, but this has been happening to lots of people on trial/showcase versions, im 99% certain this is a fault on EAs side.
