XBox Game Pass is not recognized

I have Xbox Game Pass on my account. When I want to play online in the "Seasons" menu, it says: Checking your account status, and then it shows: No offer available, and then it goes back to the main menu!

When I use the cloud gaming feature on my Game Pass, this issue does not appear.

Hey there,

There are a couple of steps you can try to fix this:

Double-check to see if your EA and Xbox accounts are properly linked: Go to the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings.

Enable two-factor authentication on your EA account.

Clear Your Xbox Cache: Power off your Xbox completely > Unplug it for 30 seconds > Plug it back in and restart.
