Cannot redeem pack and i get completely logged out my account!!! (Strange Bug)

I bought the season progress pack from the store so i could earn some extra sp and try get to level 40 but i cannot redeem the free pack and i get logged out my account on the companion app completely and on my playstation it says there is a problem connecting to the ultimate team servers when i try claim the pack. Now i cannot even open any packs and its been like this for nearly 3 days now and i and im sure many others need this fixed immediately please.

If required im happy to provide images as evidence if that helps as well as any other information you may need to get this fixed asap please!
