Can't redeem pack

I bought an FC fantasy pack in the market and it had another totw provisions pack inside now I can't redeem that pack and it won't let me open any other packs I have about 20 packs to open but I can do anything.

 

Will this be fixed? As this has been ongoing for the past 2 days.
