Expansion packs gone on my pc!

I recently downloaded my sims 4 game to a new external hard drive for my pc on Monday and since then all my expansion packs for my game won’t show in game play, they show on the EA app as installed, they show on steam as installed but when I load the game my saves are showing it requires all the expansions packs, the sims 4 store show as I still own them! Does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve tried uninstalling everything and starting again but it’s still showing the same? Is this something I can fix or is it a problem with EA?
