Loan Pack Error

I got a loan pack within my Mega Pack for Rivals reward.

When I try to open the loan pack, I get an error with a message telling me they cannot connect to Ultimate Team and get kicked out.

I have a PS5 account and the same error apply to the web app. 

Therefore I cannot open anymore pack.
