Ultimate team pack won't open and says can't connect every attempt

Проблема походу массовая,  чемпионшип подходит, как улучшаться паки то не открыть!!?

Has anyone fixed this issue and if so how ?

Reinstall did not solve the problem... Guess the need to make a patch...until then we are all screwed
