80 Rated Ethan Nwaneri Future Stars Accidentally Put Into SBC

I have already contacted EA Help to try and resolve this issue and get him back into my club, but I have been told that there is nothing they can do. However, I was told by one of the advisors that I could share my concern here so that a higher-up could possibly see this and even help provide a solution to my problem, seeing that they have a wider range of access across account management than most EA Help advisors. In that case, I’m hoping that someone who does possess that ability could attempt to help me personally to try and get this issue solved. Below explains the problem in full detail:

After doing the new “World Tour Brazil Upgrade” SBC group, I went to look for my Ethan Nwaneri Future Stars Evo card so that I could use it. However, when I looked in my club, I saw that he was gone. I likely wasn’t paying too much attention when I was doing the Brazil SBC group, hence I assume I accidentally put him into one of the challenges. I have looked everywhere in my club, including Quicksell Recovery, and I have not been able to find him.
